Prospective investors, who wish to subscribe to shares of Access Real Estate, may acquire a copy of the Prospectus from Access Real Estate’s office, or from the authorized sales representatives, or download it here.
PROSPECTUS PDF The Prospectus is available in Amharic and English. Subscribers are advised to read the Prospectus, and, for any query they may have, to seek clarification from Access Real Estate or from their professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, etc.).

An Application Form (different for individual and for corporate applications) is attached at the end of this Prospectus. Subscribers may obtain the form from our office or our sales agents. Each share costs Birr 1,000, plus a service charge of Birr 50 per share (equivalent to 5%). In addition to the account mentioned in the Prospectus, there is aslo a share receipt account at Zemen Bank.
No application will be accepted unless a correctly completed form and copy of the bank deposit slip has been received at our offices on or before 17:00 (11 o'clock Ethiopian time) on 14 August 2009.
Applications for new shares will close on Friday, 14 August. Requests have been sent for shareholders to make the rest of their payments if they have only paid in part for their shares. This is now well past the deadline. The final deadline for completion of part payments is 31 August. Thereafter we will act according to the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and take appropriate action against any shareholders who have not paid in full. One option could be to scale back so shareholders are only allocated shares up to the amount paid.
