The vision of Access Real Estate (ARE) is to address the acute shortage of “affordable” quality housing in Addis Ababa in a systematic and innovative way that focuses on satisfying customers. ARE will provide homes that meet clients’ daily needs, while also enhancing the quality of Ethiopia’s towns and cities, primarily in Addis Ababa. ARE will create habitats so Ethiopians have a good environment in which to live, bring up their children and advance their future.
Real estate is likely to follow the long-term growth trend of the Ethiopian economy, currently growing at an average of 10% or more a year. With a population of approximately 75 million people and a widespread backlog in construction and property investments, it is very probable that the current real estate boom in Ethiopia will continue.
ARE is advised and promoted by Access Capital (AC), a company which has done extensive research into the real estate sector and has concluded that there are many opportunities, but that these must be carefully selected and strategized.
