It has been a long and frustrating wait but we are very happy to report that we hve now received full clearance to begin construction activities at this site. The advent of (and retroactive application of) a new law several months ago governing the modalities of property transfer from private owners to real estate developers was the major cause of delay at this project.

 

Lebbu Villa Frameworks Go Up

Subsequent to the completion of foundations on a substantial portion of the project site at Lebbu Sunset Hills, steel frameworks are being erected in record time at this development of affordable villas in one of the Addis newest suburbs.
